S. B. 763 -- " A Bill to amend and reenact º19-23-3, º19-23-13a and º19-23-13b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to West Virginia Thoroughbred race horses; clarifying that registration of certain thoroughbred race horses is under the authorization and oversight of the Racing Commission; and increasing the number of restricted races . "
